A new opportunity! I am partnered with a leading contractor in the energy and sustainability sector who are recruiting for a career-driven Project Manager to lead a major project in the North West.
The role has fantastic scope for continued progression within a company that has gone through year-on-year double-digit growth for the last 5 years, a trend that is set to continue with their huge pipeline of work.
The Role - What You'll Do:
- Hold ultimate responsibility in delivering flagship projects in the North West region.
- Manage and develop the project team to ensure the delivery of the project from cradle to grave.
- Liaise regularly with our client to ensure that they are satisfied with current progress and the forecast of up-and-coming works.
- Ensure your managers & site team are working as efficiently as possible and that all high-level tasks have been set in line with the agreed programme.
- Attend regular meetings with the head of operations to review overall project performance.
- Ensure that all members of the project team are working to the correct drawing and document revisions.
The Person
The ideal Project Manager must hit the following base criteria:
- Experience leading projects from cradle to grave, ideally in the Energy/Sustainability sector.
- Exposure to working on MEP work packages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects in line with an agreed programme.
- Strong analytical & numerical skills.
