NDT level 3

You\’d be based at the Ramsgate facility and you will be responsible for the NDT inspection of aircraft components, with a focus towards aviation safety. Key Responsibilities * Interpret codes, standards and other contractual documents * Assume technical responsibility for the NDT facility and staff. * Preparing and verifying the adequacy of procedures in the specified method. * Approve NDT procedures and other NDT-related work instructions for technical adequacy. Amongst other responsibilities What we are looking for EN4179/NAS410 Non-Destructive Testing Magnetic Particle Testing Qualification. EN4179/NAS410 Non-Destructive Testing Penetrant Testing Qualification. Experience within an aerospace NDT environment. Experience in reading and interpreting manufacturer\’s overhaul and repair manuals. Experience in utilising MT Bench equipment with fluorescent detecting media. Experience in utilising PT Fluorescent water washable and fluorescent post-emulsifiable systems. Experience developing audit checklists applicable to the NDT facility and conducting audits
