I am currently recruiting on behalf of a quality house builder who have a great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join their team in the Ringwood area. The salary is up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a Fantastic Benefits Package. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities required for this position include:
- Managing the design of multiple developments at various stages from conception through to completion of varying from 50 to 200 units per site
- Attending meetings with clients and contractors when necessary
- Liaising with the Commercial Department and Construction site teams to provide support
- Prepare Sales and Legal information e.g. Conveyance Plans, Sales Area Layout Drawings and Site Compound Layouts, including POS’s, S38, S104 adoption plans and the like.
- Building relationships with suppliers to maintain quality
- Managing and satisfying regulatory bodies such as Planning and Building Control when required to do so
Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
- 3 years’ experience working as a Technical Coordinator for a housebuilder
- Experience and knowledge of building regulations, Building Safety Act and current NHBC standards are desirable
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of the civils aspect of the role
- Qualified to degree level or HNC/HND in a technical subject
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving License
- Right to work in the UK
