We are a growing, non-selective secondary school located in the heart of Hounslow. With a strong sense of community, a culture of high expectations, and an unwavering commitment to student success, we are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organised, and motivated Exams Officer to join our dynamic team.
As the Exams Officer, you will play a critical role in the successful administration and organisation of all internal and external examinations. You will be responsible for ensuring that exams are conducted in accordance with national and awarding body regulations and will be the key contact for all matters relating to examinations within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the examination timetable, entries, invigilation schedules, and exam day logistics.
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure accurate and timely entries for students.
- Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate and secure records of exam data, results, and certificates.
- Recruit, train and manage a team of exam invigilators.
- Provide key support during results days, including data handling and distribution.
