we are working exclusively with a growing, forward-thinking mortgage and protection business thats looking to bring in an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join them at a key stage of their growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone whos confident working independently, has built strong client relationships, and is looking to grow in a stable role. The right person will be trusted to run with their own approach, while playing an active part in the business\’s wider developmentincluding a clear route toward profit share for the right individual.

What my client is looking for:

• A fully CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor
• Demonstrable experience working autonomously and building a healthy, sustainable pipeline
• Someone who values long-term relationships over one-off transactions
• A self-starter whos commercially minded and interested in contributing to business growth
• Strong product knowledge across residential, buy-to-let, and protection

What youll be doing:

• Advising clients on a broad range of mortgage and protection solutions
• Managing and developing your own client base with the support of the business
• Supporting the companys growthwhether thats through process improvement, brand presence, or future team development
• Working alongside a supportive leadership team that values your input

Whats on offer:

• £40,000+basic salary, depending on experience
