A new opportunity is available for a Construction Manager to manage a key multi-year project based in the Lincoln area. The role would suit those who have a strong background in building, brickwork or have had exposure to the specialist historic restoration sector; however, those with new build/refurb exposure would also be considered.
The role's primary responsibility will be to manage a complex project as the lead, covering all aspects of the operational day-to-day, as well as managing the programme and interface with the client as required.
If you would like to be considered for the opportunity, you should fit the following criteria:
- Demonstrate a proven track record operating at no.1 project lead, at either Construction or Project Manager level.
- Have a strong background in external building envelope construction and restoration, including brickwork, masonry, and specialist finishings.
- Comfortable in a role with high levels of client interface.
- Ability to manage commercial aspects of a project.
- Ability to manage and amend the programme as the project progresses.
- Hold valid site certification including SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
- Good all-round IT skills set.
