ROC Technologies is seeking a highly capable Site Lead to oversee the successful delivery of a major campus-based infrastructure portfolio. This senior role combines strategic oversight, project leadership, and operational execution to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and compliance.

You will be accountable for full project lifecycle management across a diverse portfolio, supporting team development, driving commercial outcomes, and delivering high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior leadership and oversight across a large-scale client account, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain full financial accountability for P&L performance, backlog, and WIP reporting.
• Deliver margin targets and ensure commercial viability of the portfolio.
• Oversee project design, delivery, and support activities within a framework contract structure.
• Enforce consistent delivery methodologies, quality standards, and operational processes.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary delivery team including project managers and engineers.
• Mentor and coach team members to support career development and operational excellence.
• Ensure structured planning, clear communication, risk management, and governance.
• Implement effective support mechanisms and performance tracking tools.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the team.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Finance, Commercial, and Operational Services.
