Claims Transformation Programme Lead (City of London)

This leading financial services organisation are undergoing a significant transformation and are looking for an experienced Claims Transformation Programme Lead to support them. Working with the Programme Director and leadership team team you will lead delivery of the Claims workstream for this complex programme.

As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience leading the Claims workstream of transformation programmes in international organisations.
• Background in financial services or insurance is essential.
• Experience supporting outsourcing, shared services or GBS programmes is also essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
