Document Controller Assistant Location: Welham Green, Hertfordshire Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience) Contract Type: Full-Time, Office-Based Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to be part of a collaborative team? We\’re seeking a Document Controller Assistant to support the preparation, compilation, and management of Operating & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals for our construction projects. You\’ll be working closely with their Document Controller, who has been successfully managing this process single-handedly and is now looking for a reliable and proactive colleague to share the workload. Key Responsibilities: Assist in compiling, formatting, and managing O&M Manuals Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to collect and track required documentation Ensure accurate and timely delivery of final documentation Maintain document control and filing systems Contribute to improving documentation processes and supporting Elaine in day-to-day tasks What We\’re Looking For: Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities Previous experience in document control, construction admin, or a similar role is a plus Familiarity with O&M Manuals or construction documentation is desirable but not essential If interested and want to know more please apply to this job ad and someone will get in touch.
