We are currently recruiting for a well established client in the Worksop area.
Responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out building maintenance, electrical installation and plant services equipment repairs (including sanitaryware)
- Conduct routine plant services preventative maintenance including refrigeration, legionella testing & air compressors
- Carry out legislative testing and inspections
- Supervise plant services installations
- Ensure the close monitoring and control of contractors
- Provide assistance to the maintenance team and provide emergency callout cover where required
- Ensure all procedures and systems are kept up to date
- Comply with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Environmental Legislation
