Senior Proposals Executive role in a global US firm. London-based, hybrid working, 2 days from home. This global US law firm is looking for a senior proposals executive to join their centralised pitch team, primarily supporting their Energy, Natural and Resources group (ENR). You will work closely with the BD team on putting together high-quality pitches as well as building key relationships with the wider business development team and subject matter experts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has great writing skills, excellent proofreading, and a high attention to detail.
Key duties include:- Be the first POC for all pitches for the ENR team.
- Gather content from the bid library, databases and SME’s.
- Maintain the content library.
- Work with the proposals manager on panel pitches, setting templates and creating project plans.
The team are looking for someone to have at least 2+ years of bids experience within professional services. Alternatively, having bid experience within the energy sector is highly favourable.
