Business Architect

This position plays a pivotal role in a major Technology Enablement Programme aimed at modernising enterprise and commercial systems. Key initiatives include re-platforming CRM, e-commerce, and ticketing systems, establishing strong data governance practices, and integrating AI-driven automation solutions. The Business Architect will lead enterprise-wide discovery efforts, mapping current-state (\”as-is\”) and future-state (\”to-be\”) landscapes, and developing a strategic roadmap to enable sustainable transformation across systems, data, and business processes. Working across both Commercial and broader Enterprise domains, the Business Architect will analyse and design end-to-end business processes, system interactions, and data flows. Acting as a crucial link between strategic vision and operational execution, this role ensures all initiatives are cohesive, AI-enabled, and aligned with business goals.
