We\’re on the lookout for a German & English speaking Customer Experience Consultant to join a friendly, fast-paced team supporting lottery customers across Germany. What you\’ll do: Handle inbound calls, emails and live chats – no query too big or small! Provide personalised support that makes every customer interaction memorable Work flexibly across shifts between 8am – 8pm (Mon – Sat) What you\’ll bring: A great telephone manner and top-notch written communication Strong customer service skills – with a problem-solving mindset Good numeracy and literacy Previous call centre experience is a bonus, but not essential Why join?
