We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a local company with a niche market product. Our client based near Newark are looking to appoint a Technical Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical mechanical mind or from an agricultural background who has willingness to learn and adapt with a keen eye for attention to detail.
To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated, have excellent time management and communication skills, be able to convert enquiries into sales and most importantly have the ability to build solid business relations to secure future business. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various administrative, purchasing, and commercial activities within the company.
You will be based in the office working in an internal sales function responding to customer requests and orders, assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management as well as supporting the purchasing department. This is a busy and varied role and working for a company that can provide long-term prospects and development.
We are looking for someone with ideally 2-5 years experience in a similar role within agriculture, engineering, production or manufacturing. This is a full-time role, working hours are Monday to Thursday 8-5 with an early finish on a Friday. In return they are offering a starting salary of £26-£28k DOE. Holidays 25 days plus bank holidays. Pension.
