Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our well-established client.
Job Duties:
- Provide technical support to customers and independent engineers via telephone, face to face and other correspondence methods on industrial equipment.
- Be the primary point of contact for the client on technical matters.
- Preparation of new machines in workshop, to include PDI and installation of options.
- Assist with training and advice to customer’s engineers, dealers and service partners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services being sold, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Technically minded.
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic skills / knowledge.
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + commission.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
This is a Full time, Permanent position.
