Entry Level Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities: * Process invoices and monitor payments. * Assist with account reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records. * Support month-end and year-end close procedures. * Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers. * Contribute to payroll entries, VAT returns, and other compliance-related tasks. What We’re Looking For: * A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. * Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is a plus. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * A clear communicator who works well both independently and as part of a team.
