Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm with a strong presence across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of high-quality matters while working closely with the Head of Commercial Litigation on complex and high-value disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied Commercial Litigation caseload, including breach of contract, contentious probate, and landlord & tenant disputes
• Attend County Court hearings and High Court interlocutory hearings
• Draft pleadings, statements of case, defences, court forms and documentation
• Prepare disclosure lists and witness statements
• Actively build and nurture relationships within the local business community
• Support wider team activities and contribute to the department\’s continued growth

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation
• Proven track record managing a mixed litigation caseload independently
• Strong advocacy skills and experience attending court
