The Role

You’ll take ownership of our sales strategy and execution across the UK, building strong, long-term partnerships with Retail and HoReCa outlets. This is a key role for someone who understands how to build a market presence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy across Retail and HoReCa channels
  • Identify, engage, and grow relationships with key partners across the UK
  • Negotiate contracts, secure listings, and drive product visibility
  • Monitor sales data and adjust strategy based on performance insights
  • Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and meetings
  • Set ambitious but achievable goals and consistently meet or exceed them

  • Proven experience in sales across both Retail and HoReCa/Foodservice sectors

  • Skilled negotiator and confident communicator
  • Experience with beverage or FMCG brands is a plus
