Salary: Β£25,000 – Β£30,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Parking: On-site parking available

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced or aspiring Purchase Ledger / Bookkeeper to join our team at our office in Cross Green, LS9. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to play a key role in the financial operations of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the purchase ledger: processing invoices, reconciling statements, handling supplier queries
  • Outbound calls to suppliers to arrange quotations
  • Bookkeeping duties including data entry, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns
  • Assisting with month-end processes and supporting the wider finance team
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
