In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of gas, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include planned/reactive maintenance, testing/inspection, and ensuring efficient system operation, with a focus on safety and client satisfaction. You will cover Cumbria predominantly, but also working across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire.
This role would suit a qualified gas/mechanical engineer with proven commercial experience, holding relevant certifications (CCN1, CDGA1, etc.). Candidates should also be flexible for on-call duties and hold a valid UK driving license.

The Role:
- Gas/plumbing planned and reactive maintenance for domestic and commercial projects
- Testing and inspection of mechanical systems
- Occasional installation work
- Reports to Contracts and Project Managers within the maintenance division
- Covering Cumbria predominantly, as well as Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire
- On-call rota every 3-4 weeks, including weekends
The Person:
- Commercial gas qualifications (COCN1)
- Experience working on commercial sites
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, testing, and inspection
- Full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points)
