Sirona Medical Social Work department is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist to join the Reablement Team on an agency basis.

Position Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our agency at Sirona Medical Social Work department. You will be a pivotal member of the Reablement Team, positively impacting individuals' lives following illness, injury, loss of confidence, or hospital admission.
Reablement offers Occupational Therapists the opportunity to work proactively with clients in their own homes to achieve greater independence, promote well-being, and reduce long-term care needs. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct strengths-based assessments, collaborate with clients and their families to design and implement reablement plans to help clients achieve their goals. The Reablement Service is led by occupational therapists, supported by occupational therapy assistants and support workers, and benefits from the guidance of our Principal Occupational Therapist.
Qualifications
- BA Honors or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Minimum of two years post-qualification experience
