The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within early childhood education, as well as strong leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Early Years qualification - minimum Level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting - 1 year ideally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
