We are searching for an IFS Operations Manager who will be crucial in driving the development of high-quality enterprise application services across a global environment. This role involves overseeing the operational, strategic, and project-based aspects of IFS ERP services, with a focus on stabilising the existing team, enhancing global access governance, and supporting modular-based products within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations and service delivery for global IFS ERP applications across multiple regions.
- Provide strategic oversight and contribute to the growth and scalability of the IFS function within the business.
- Manage a small but growing team of application specialists, currently consisting of three direct reports.
- Support and govern access control, permission set creation, and troubleshooting in line with INFOSEC best practices.
- Collaborate with Group IT, Digital Services, and the Centre of Excellence to ensure cohesive application support.
- Implement operational improvements and standardisation across IFS services and support models.
- Maintain and support all modular-based IFS products in alignment with business needs.
- Build and manage global permission sets and access frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
