Due to expansion and business growth, we currently have vacancies for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team based in the Head Office at Westfield, Cumbernauld. On the job training will be provided therefore no finance experience is necessary. We are looking for methodical individuals with a positive can-do attitude and the ambition to learn and develop.
Duties would include:
- Matching, checking and coding invoices
- Data entry of invoices
- Scanning
- Liaising with suppliers
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Answering queries β both internal and external
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations as required
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
