Duties include overseeing the operation of the pro shop and snack bar, assigning lanes, operating control console and POS, issuing rental items, taking food orders, and selling items in the pro shop. Responsibilities also involve tracking labor, food/beverage, and inventory costs, conducting inventory of equipment/supplies, and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained. The role requires reviewing sources for purchasing supplies and equipment, resolving deviations and problems, and ensuring maintenance on all bowling-related equipment.

The position involves receiving and resolving customer complaints and requests, supervising daily activities of other employees, and may require temporarily assuming the duties of the Bowling Center Manager or Assistant Bowling Center Manager. Organising and scheduling open and league bowling, assisting in advertising and recruiting participants for leagues, tournaments, and special events is also part of the job. The incumbent will ensure that league and recreational play activities are properly scheduled and facilities are set up.

Conditions of Employment include completing a background investigation, being at least 18 years of age, and successfully completing a food handler's certificate within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications require experience in bowling center operations, knowledge of bowling rules, operating bowling machinery, handling cash items, and interacting with customers and co-workers. Prior experience in basic supply techniques is desirable.

Additional information includes requirements for male applicants regarding Selective Service Registration, residency status, and payment methods for salary. This is a Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) position carrying out Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) activities for the Air Force and Space Force.
