The Role People are at the core of our continued success and to support this, we are seeking a People Assistant to join the team. As a People Assistant, you will be reporting to a People Partner and supporting a number of colleagues within the People Team. The People Assistant role is a generalist role and you will provide proactive support to Professional Services client areas on a range of employee relations and lifecycle matters from performance management to sickness and employee relations casework. You will also support organisational change activity. This is a truly developmental role within which you gain exposure to many aspects of HR.
Our Successful Candidate You will be educated to A level or equivalent and have experience of working within HR. You will be passionate about customer service, be a confident communicator and enjoy the challenge of working to rapidly changing priorities. Being proactive, flexible and excellent organisational skills are key as is the ability to manage a varied workload with competing priorities.
