Team Leader – Door to Door Fundraising
Join the door-to-door fundraising team representing one of the world\’s leading environmental NGOs.
Greenpeace UK is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Leader to become part of our dynamic fundraising team leading a small team to meet KPI\’s. As a commission-based manager you will have uncapped earnings, with a minimum weekly wage guarantee of £12.25ph for all hours worked. You will also receive a manager bonus based on your team\’s results each week.
This is the right role for an experienced manager or for a fundraiser / sales canvasser looking for the next step in their career.

The Role
Door to Door fundraising covering Brighton, Hove, Worthing and surrounding areas, some travel expenses are coveed.
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the door to door to door team giving support in the field and driving sales, motivating fundraisers to meet targets while being able to exceed your own, leading from the front example.
