Join a high-performing, multi-skilled RAN Performance team as a Technical Authority, leading performance management across the full RAN estate. 2 day hybrid each week in Reading and an initial 12 month contract.
In this influential role, you'll provide expert leadership on RAN performance to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring delivery against architecture, technical, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical governance and leadership across RAN programmes
- Drive supplier performance to meet “Best in Class” network targets
- Oversee project delivery to a high technical standard
- Manage stakeholder and partner relationships to ensure delivery to time, budget, and quality
- Lead and direct technical teams within supplier organisations
- Manage budgets and delivery of contracted outcomes
- Specialist knowledge in RAN performance and network optimisation
