As the Senior National Account Manager for a well-known bakery brand, you will be instrumental in boosting market share and enhancing the presence of our diverse product lines (spanning premium baked goods, artisanal breads, and private label items) with our top-tier grocery retail clients. You will take the lead in strategically managing our most significant accounts, ensuring outstanding support and service while driving a substantial improvement in sales performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key grocery retailers to generate substantial sales growth and elevate brand visibility.
- Oversee the daily management of accounts, providing exceptional support and service to their buying teams.
- Manage Joint Business Planning (JBP), emphasizing sustainable growth and flawless execution both in-store and online.
- Serve as a category expert, driving growth while representing the business with integrity and pride.
- Hold full accountability for the P&L, ensuring the delivery of budgeted sales and financial key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
