This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong industry experience and leadership skills to support branch operations, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving branch sales targets
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency
- Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Develop strong relationships with trade customers, local contractors, and suppliers
- Contribute to business development through local engagement and customer retention
