Our caring and supportive practice is led by dedicated partner Craig, who has over 20 years' experience within the industry, with the last 11 years dedicated to running this practice. Join our growing practice and become a valued member of our team, which consists of 2 Vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs and 3 Receptionists.
We're looking for someone passionate about delivering outstanding client service and pet care. You'll be the vital link between clients and our clinical team, ensuring every visit is smooth and welcoming. From greeting clients to managing bookings and payments, you'll provide expert support and ensure a great experience. Strong communication skills, relationship-building, and computer literacy are essential for this role.
This is a Part Time role working 30 hours per week across 3 days. This will be working both early and late shifts. Please note some weekend work will be required. We are open to considering Full Time hours for the right candidate.
