Mission for Housekeeper: To ensure that our properties are maintained and presented to the highest standard possible - guests entering a property should always feel like they are the first ones to have ever.
Outcomes:
- To conduct a check-out inspection.
- To report any issue detected.
- To accurately estimate cleaning hours β obtain required information from Property Management System.
- To ensure supplies are available as necessary.
- To ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guestsβ needs.
- To provide basic housekeeping duties including replacing linens, changing and arranging the towels, emptying trash, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and rearranging the room after guests check out.
- To clean rooms and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, cleaning glass and windows, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tiled floors, and cleaning toilets.
- To transport dirty linens to the correct area to be cleaned and to restock areas with clean linens.
- To clean communal areas as and when required - collaborate closely with Property Manager and Maintenance Personnel in doing so.
- To ensure gardens look fully tidy and clean at all times.
- To ensure paved areas/slabs are weed-free at all times.
