  • Mealtimes – preparing tasty and nutritious meals, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Housekeeping – keeping their home just the way they like it, including light cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
  • Mobility – help with getting around safely, both indoors and outdoors, using appropriate aids when necessary.
  • Health Monitoring – observing and reporting any changes in the client's physical or mental wellbeing.
  • Social Activities – organising and accompanying clients to social events or appointments.
  • Administrative Tasks – maintaining accurate records of care provided and any incidents or concerns.
  • Emergency Response – following proper procedures in case of accidents or medical emergencies.
  • Family Liaison – communicating effectively with family members about the client's care and wellbeing.
