The Company
This Site Manager's role is with a leading fit out contractor, they have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the region's most iconic buildings.
The Role
- Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client's expectations and within budget.
- Manage project programme.
- Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.
- Assist with site establishment and site logistics.
- Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance.
- Identifies and manages risk.
- Ensure delivery against the project budgets.
- Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.
To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach. Experience of shop fitting / retail refurbishment is key. This is a great opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor.
