We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gas Engineer to join a leading social housing contractor to cover Exeter. This role involves the servicing and repairing of gas appliances and systems in residential settings. The Gas Engineer will ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Service gas appliances, including boilers, cookers, and heating systems
- Diagnose faults
- Attend breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
- Provide customers with clear explanations of work performed and any recommendations for future maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gas Engineer (minimum 5 years)
- Previous social housing experience (minimum 2 years)

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
