Fitzrovia: Voices is building something bold – a modern voice agency powered by experience, energy, and our 7,000 sq ft studio hub at the heart of Fitzrovia Post. We’re rethinking how voice work is cast, booked, and nurtured... and we need someone exceptional to help lead that charge.
The Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Voiceover Agent with sharp instincts and industry know-how. You’ll manage and grow a roster of brilliant voice talent, handling castings, bookings, negotiations, and career development – all from our Camden HQ. You’ll be part of a team that’s redefining the industry standard. We’re not here to copy old models. We’re building new ones – with kindness, clarity, and serious hustle.
You should have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a voice agency or casting environment
- Real confidence managing bookings and clients under pressure
- A natural eye (and ear) for talent – and a belief in backing it
- The ability to nurture relationships without the ego
- Impeccable organisation, fast thinking, and zero flakiness
- A love for the craft of voice – across genres, accents, and platforms
- Tech savvy and fast learning with new tech like AI
- Business development skills and laser growth focused
