About the Company - Our client, a well-established and extremely reputable UK Commercial Finance Brokerage, are looking to recruit an Assistant Relationship Manager into their Glasgow Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team and embark on a very exciting career in commercial/business finance.

About the Role - The suitable candidate MUST have experience within Financial Services with some knowledge of Commercial Mortgages. The main aim of this role is to support, process and liaise with customers during the journey of their commercial mortgage. You will work extremely closely with very experienced Commercial Mortgage Brokers who will provide ongoing training and support from the start.

Responsibilities -

  • To maintain up to date market knowledge to enable the identification of appropriate solutions for customers
  • To source and present debt facilities to clients
  • To prepare and submit quality applications for finance on behalf of clients
  • To identify and develop relationships with active lending institutions
  • To plan, manage and execute several ongoing assignments at any one time whilst ensuring that tight deadlines are met
  • To operate in line with FCA Guidelines

Pay range and compensation package - This is a full-time permanent position with a hybrid model, working from the office in Glasgow 3 days per week and 2 from home. The company offer a fantastic commission structure, ongoing support and training and the opportunity to progress your career as a Commercial Finance Broker.
