My client are a leading civil engineering contractor who deliver schemes across the public sector. They are looking to onboard a site supervisor due to an increase in their order book. The scope of works you will be responsible for overseeing will include highway works, public realm works and drainage.
Site supervisor responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
- Managing plant, labour and materials.
- Site supervision.
- Tool box talks.
- Checking and monitoring works on site.
- Managing health and safety compliance.
- Record keeping.
- Liaising with the client, subcontractors, local authorities and key stakeholders.
Site supervisor requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- CSCS card.
- SSSTS/ SMSTS.
- First aid.
- NRSWA - Desirable.
- Cat & genny - Desirable.
