Job Description: Generative AI Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation

• Lead the architecture and design of AI systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security

• Create solution architectures and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools

• Hands-on experience programming experience with generative AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, etc

• Hands on programming knowledge on Python

• Expertise in prompt engineering and various solution patterns such as advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Graph RAG, Agentic RAG, text summarization techniques, and generative AI evaluation frameworks and agentic AI solution patterns

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and tools like Git and design tools

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools

• Ability to quickly learn and adopt the latest developments in generative AI technologies and create working reference implementations

• Good knowledge of classical machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data engineering concepts

• Experience with cloud platforms; preferably Azure Cloud platform and Azure AI services Preferred Qualifications

• Generative AI certifications

• Cloud or architect-level certifications

• Proficiency in system design and programming/design concepts such as OOP and design patterns

• Experience of leading teams of skilled programmers and collaborating with global teams

• Good understanding of ML frameworks and libraries (eg, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
