Are you an experienced SAP S/4HANA professional with a strong background in Asset Accounting and Project Cost Management? We’re looking for a skilled IT Business Partner Lead to play a pivotal role in the design finalisation and testing initiation of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You’ll be working at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations—bridging business requirements with SAP best practices to support the successful delivery of solutions related to Fixed Assets, Acquire to Retire (A2R), Project Cost Management, and Chart of Authority workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance, project, and technical teams to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
- Process Design & Optimisation: Finalise and optimise A2R processes including acquisitions, transfers, depreciation, and retirements. Implement WBS and internal orders for effective cost tracking and settlement.
- System Configuration & Oversight: Support configuration and testing activities in the SAP FI-AA, CO, MM, and PS modules. Monitor integration testing and ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Data Migration & Validation: Define future-state data structures and support the migration and validation of legacy asset data.
- Training & Support: Assist with business role assessment and preparation of training and project documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in SAP implementations, with at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA project.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP FI-AA, A2R processes, and Project Systems.
- Solid understanding of the asset lifecycle, including capitalisation, depreciation, and retirement.
- Experience with SAP project cost planning and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for asset and project management.
