Lead Power Platform Developer – Up to £75,000
Location: North London
lease note : The role will begin onsite to support onboarding and integration with the team and systems. Once you\’re established in the role, it will transition to a hybrid working model .

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Development : Design, build, and maintain custom Power Platform solutions, primarily using PowerApps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate, to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics : Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions.
- Mentorship & Leadership : Lead by example and support junior developers by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in Power Platform development.
- Ongoing Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities to enhance existing systems and introduce new functionality through the Power Platform.
- Data Integration : Use your knowledge of SQL to work effectively with data sources, ensuring smooth integration with Power Platform applications.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience across the Power Platform – PowerApps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Power BI.
- Confident writing and using SQL for data manipulation and integration.
- Scripting ability in Python and/or PowerShell .
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and administration.
- Experience with SharePoint is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a permanent role paying up to £75,000 , offering long-term flexibility through a hybrid working model following the initial onsite period.
