Role Overview: As a Banding Operative, you will be responsible for operating banding machines, ensuring materials are correctly processed and packaged. You will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate banding machines and other related equipment efficiently and safely
- Ensure products are correctly packaged and labeled
- Monitor and maintain the equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Perform quality control checks to meet company standards
- Follow all health and safety protocols in the workplace
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
- Support with general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized working environment
Shift Details:
- This position requires flexibility, as you will be working a combination of day and night shifts based on a rotating schedule.
