We are looking for a Payouts Administrator to join our client in an established Sales Team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end order process from receipt of Customer Order through to Supply and Invoicing.
  • Ensure that Stock allocations and levels are correctly maintained.
  • Checking documentation and associated records for new finance agreements passed for payout and completion.
  • Identify any Issues/errors and perform actions required for resolution.
  • Prepare contract set up on system.
  • Raise payment instructions to suppliers/brokers ready for review.
  • Send payment remittances to suppliers/brokers.

What We are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Sales background / Sales Admin / Strong Administrator.
  • Be able to handle Customer Complaints and a Challenging environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft packages.
  • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have excellent telephone manner.
