Position: Skilled Assembler. 37 hours per week, site-based role.

As a Skilled Assembler at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. The products are for the defence and space industry and incorporate cutting‑edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and/or inspect components, assemblies or products to ensure compliance with drawings or specifications.
• Work to technical drawings.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and support Honeywell Operating System.
• Comply with all safety rules, record and report production data.
• Set up and change equipment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of engineering principles.
• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.
• Basic computer skills.
• Hold a Level 2 qualification in Engineering, Mechanics or Manufacturing, or equivalent experience in aerospace manufacturing.
