Marble Talent Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing mechanical contractor seeking proactive, skilled, and personable individuals to join their expanding team. We’re on the lookout for dedicated professionals to carry out the installation of Commercial Plant Rooms, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Cooling) systems, Underfloor Heating, LPG systems, and more. Working with a wide range of prestigious clients across the North West — spanning sectors such as education, healthcare, leisure, and commercial — this role will primarily involve the installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial heating systems and pipework. This is a progressive, versatile role ideal for someone who’s self-motivated, methodical, and passionate about contributing to the UK’s Net Zero goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain commercial plumbing and pipefitting systems
  • Work with press-fit and screwed steel pipework
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and health & safety regulations
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and site managers

Location & Working Hours:

  • Projects are based across the North West, with occasional travel and overnight stays required for work further afield
  • Candidates should be available for both day and twilight shifts
  • Twilight shifts: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 4 nights per week, with Fridays off and 4 hours paid – offering an extended weekend
