We are looking to recruit for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of clinical workforce and digital health solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding high-impact healthcare services and driving commercial success in a purpose-led organisation.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the NHS and private healthcare markets.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including NHS executives, ICS leaders, and Trust managers.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure and implementation handover.
- Work with internal teams (clinical, delivery, marketing, and product) to align client needs with service capabilities.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Keep accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within healthcare, digital health, workforce solutions, or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement processes, and key industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A consultative, client-focused sales approach.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel across the UK when required.
