Production Line Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Leaders to join our clients production line operations. The Line Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring that food production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety regulations. This position requires leadership skills, a solid understanding of food safety practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the production line to ensure optimal performance. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations, including HACCP protocols. * Train and mentor team members on best practices in food production and safety. * Monitor production quality and output, addressing any issues promptly to maintain standards. * Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report any discrepancies. * Collaborate with management to implement improvements in processes and workflows. Skills * Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. * Experience in food production environments is highly desirable. * Familiarity with HACCP principles is an advantage. * Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a small team. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
