We are looking to recruit for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of clinical workforce and digital health solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding high-impact healthcare services and driving commercial success in a purpose-led organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities within the NHS and private healthcare markets.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including NHS executives, ICS leaders, and Trust managers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure and implementation handover.
  • Work with internal teams (clinical, delivery, marketing, and product) to align client needs with service capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within healthcare, digital health, workforce solutions, or consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement processes, and key industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A consultative, client-focused sales approach.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK when required.
  • Experience selling into NHS Trusts, ICBs, or ICSs.
  • Familiarity with digital health technologies and workforce challenges in the healthcare sector.
