We are currently seeking a highly skilled 3D Exhibition Designer with expertise in Vectorworks to join our client’s creative team on a remote basis. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will be working on high-profile, experiential projects across exhibitions, brand activations, and immersive environments for global clients. The role requires a blend of conceptual creativity, technical precision, and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop 3D concepts and final designs for exhibition stands and environments
  • Produce detailed technical drawings using Vectorworks (2D and 3D)
  • Collaborate with internal design teams and external contractors
  • Deliver high-quality visuals and renders for presentations
  • Interpret briefs and contribute to the creative development process
  • Ensure all designs are production-ready and adhere to brand and safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a 3D Exhibition Designer or similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks is essential
  • Strong rendering and visualisation skills (Cinema 4D, KeyShot, or similar desirable)
  • Knowledge of materials, build processes, and exhibition production methods
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • UK-based candidates strongly preferred due to time zone alignment
