- Develop conceptual/logical data models, operating models, and architecture frameworks
- Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across multiple industries
- Shape pre-sales propositions and support go-to-market strategies in data architecture
- Lead hybrid teams (on/near/far shore) and manage cross-functional delivery
Core Experience:
- Proven track record in data architecture, either from a delivery or enterprise strategy perspective
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data ecosystems (Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake)
- Strong understanding of Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and data product-led approaches
- Data modelling expertise (relational, dimensional) and familiarity with tools like Erwin, Sparx, Archi
- Experience with ETL/ELT, SQL/NoSQL, Python or Java, and visualisation/BI tools
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks
- Comfortable operating in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in consulting-led engagements, including stakeholder management and business case development
- Sector exposure in telecoms, finance, insurance, public sector, or similar
- Ability to “join the dots” between business needs, tech architecture, and data-driven innovation
- A collaborative, delivery-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
